Scribe's Tribe
The writers of regn deed are a particular occupational community in India. The technical part of it is unreachable to the normal public and is therefore a highly hallowed domain with its own codes of behaviour.
In an informaiton age it remains kind of an anachronism to have such a labour intensive occupation.
